FiT Payments on hold
I have been having an on-going issue of not receiving FiT payments for over a year now, owing to an apparent mismatch of information held on the system and the actual number written on my FiT meter. When I phoned, Poppy answered the call and was very helpful. She reassured me that I would not lose any pay that was due to me, and that she will look into it thoroughly and advise a way forward to get it resolved. I am just awaiting the details of her detailed investigation. Thanks in advance Poppy!
