Have now been with Centrona for a couple of years. My experience with their regular engineer, Paul, has been first class. He is always polite, efficient and helpful. He has always let me know when he is going to arrive and gets there on time. He is clean and tidy when working and is ha pay to answer questions and give advice. The only reason I have not given a 5 star review is that the Centrona office is sometimes hard to contact by phone, taking several attempts to get through, but otherwise I can’t fault them.
