I've been buying and using lululemon…

I've been buying and using lululemon for a good few years, however my last purchase was disappointing as it seemed that the leggings dropped in quality, so I went to store to return them. At the store I was met by a rather unhelpful employee who tried to argue that I couldn't return the leggings because it was more than 30 days since the order. On the website, it says that the return window is 30 days from the delivery. Delivery took 5 days in my case, so I was returning it within 30 days from Delivery. The lady wouldn't accept that and it took me a good 15 minutes (including me going on the lululemon website to show her what it says) for her to agree to refund. In the end she did accept my return, but she was not nice about it at all and she acted a bit as if I slapped her first born. I said thank you and bye at the end and she completely ignored me. Which leads me to think...ok, the quality has dropped and the customer service has also dropped. I will probably avoid in the future
