Ignoring Emails to Resolve NCB
I have been with axa for 2 years now. I have 9 years NCB I have emailed proof to AXA on numerous occasions without a reply other than auto reply. My NBC was reduced to 0 years and premium jumped up by £6-700 Before renewal I sent yet another email with proof requesting they do not renew unless 9 years on the policy. No reply again but renewed anyway at £141 per month. I don’t write bad reviews ever but it is terrible and has cost me a fortune because they won’t reply or deal with the issue. I’m hoping by leaving a bad review this will prompt someone to get in touch a resolve all the issues as I want a refund at the very least.
