Re-mortgage

We used BBH for our re-mortgage. However, despite engaging them and returning forms as requested, they did not allocate our work to a solicitor until we chased them about it, which turned out to be too close to the deadline for our previous fixed term, so we ended up with an overlap of a month into the variable rate. Once they had allocated our case they were reasonably efficient and helpful, and the work has all been completed satisfactorily.
