🚩Worst customer service ever

🚩Worst customer service ever! They will make fun of you, they will make sure you suffer and comes around thousands of times to get your query sorted! Also you can’t reach their management as they won’t give Lou any contact details. Also you will always get unbelievable bill and I never recommend setting up standing orders. I ended up switching the supplier. If you need any more information regarding my experience with rebel, I can provide with email and call records as proof. Not recommended!!!!! PS: adding details as i want this to be helpful to people before they decide to go ahead with rebel. 1. My bill with my traditional meter was £70 to £90 each month according to the meter readings. But once they installed the smart meter the bill was unbelievably high. We asked to clarify and sort out this problem but it never happened. Each and every call I made was ended up dragging around 22 to 42 minutes as they have put me on waiting to see if I give up on the call. Then I wanted to switch the supplier but rebel has blocked my account by switching even there was no due bill or anything pending from my side. At last I have requested the details of Rebel management to talk about this but customer care team never shared any details or passed my request to anybody further. Later some weeks,Then there was just one person who really wanted to do the job and sorted the matter whose name was Neal. Refer the complaint numbers 338352, 338443,338352,347516,347661,348886 for further details. Never go ahead with Rebel energy unless you want to drain yourself from dissatisfaction, disappointment or get your stress levels up
