I am diabetic.i am on blood thinners
I am diabetic.i am on blood thinners. I an 69 with mobility issues. Having called Rac at approx 7 pm I was given a response time of 8-10 pm..this was acceptable to me.aftwr many phone calls I was moved to 1 am to 4 am..I had cut my hand trying to change the wheel to the spare.i had no food or drink or medication..this was made aware several times to the "team"of the dire situation. At 12 .30 am I was weak and dizzy .got through for the umpteenth time and was put through to the special intervention team.a taxi was arranged which got me home at 01.10 am ..SEVEN HOURS LATER.at 2.20 I received a call from the breakdown man who said where are you.....rac hadn't cancelled the job...I rang in the morning at 9 am and my details were known to the operators. 10 minutes later I was told I had 22 minutes to reach my car.i got a lift and the car was serviceable in minutes..I WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE "SERVICE"" I RECEIVED. I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF YOU EVEN FOLLOW THIS UP...
