Hello, ​I won the grand prize five times from a single game, but there was an issue where the full winning amount was not added to my account balance. ​I have screenshots of all the winning spins and sent them to your team. It has been over 20 days since I sent the information, and I had to contact you again to get an update. ​My account was credited with $1,200, which is only the amount for one of the grand prizes. Additionally, this was credited as bonus money, not actual winnings, which means I must play through the $1,200 before I can cash it out. While trying to meet the playthrough requirements, I lost about half of the credited amount. ​Could you please review my account and credit the remaining winnings as soon as possible?
