Good overall experience
We had a good overall experience with National Car-rentals. The booking process was smooth and the pickup was quick and efficient. During our trip, the car had a few minor mechanical issues, which was a bit inconvenient, but nothing that seriously affected our plans. What really stood out, however, was the service we received upon returning the vehicle. The staff member Mrs Sierrah D.Davisson, was incredibly professional and understanding. She listened to our concerns, apologized for the inconvenience, and handled the situation with great care and efficiency. Her friendly and helpful attitude really made a difference and left us with a positive impression despite the small issues with the car.
