Great Customer Service…
You get great customer service from this company. Their telephone agents are brilliant and know their jobs Wavell helped us this time and was highly professional, patient and kind. He took the time to meticulously check our requirements before finalising the booking. He was also able to answer any questions we had, occasionally double checking with his manager. Documentation was received by email and instructions on how and when to access boarding passes etc clearly stated. We used the company last year and were delighted with our holiday. We wouldn't hesitate yo use them again. Thank you Broadway Travel!
