Chauvinistic rude men who ambush you with nonsense on the update of transfers. Not to be trusted with timely transfer. If travelling with children, be sure to choose a more reliable company. These guys don’t know what etiquette even means.

Frauds. Rude, arrogant and flippant. I’m not sure where they’re getting their reviews from but from first hand experience of using this lot for our return trip this morning to get our car back from the port- DISASTER. Shocking rude lady at reception. It was a shoddy set up on reaching there a week before but I let it go. They mistook me as a woman driver for someone who got lost on the way there and looked at me with the bimbo attitude. I left my car and on we went on our wonderful cruise. However this morning on reaching back to Southampton waiting for their ‘bus’ to carry us back, we were left with multiple different instructions by phone. Not a single reply on messages came back to me. Another person next to me a group of 5 got several messages back. I in the other hand, either targeted or not felt as though we didn’t matter and we were treated this way this morning factually. I messaged a few times when the ‘blue flag’ near a zebra changed to now pick up point first at drop off from initial point where we were dropped off a week ago to then drop off luggage point and back at flag. I have 6 year old twins and an elderly mother with 4 luggage and a disabled friend. These guys were a shoddy ‘shoot’ show. When calling the number I was handed before we left for the cruise a rude lady answered the phone when I asked how much more longer as the children were really upset and my mother could t stand on her arthritic feet for much longer. The whole port was emptied and there was no traffic and the lady on the phone insulted my intelligence implying that they ‘couldn’t fly above the traffic’- on the port to reach me and that I had to be more understanding as we weren’t the only people disembarking at the port that morning. There was no traffic by 9.15 almost an hour after we had embarked. Why should I have been more understanding !? We had waited over an hour and a half! I started by calling them from 8.26am and we were not picked up till 9.50am- something we prepaid well in advance for. We didn’t even get picked up by their company- another subsidy who they get to do extra pick ups on behalf of them were waiting near the shore also without any instruction, apparently he was there waiting over half hour for us but because he as from another company, he had no information that it was us who needed picking up and we weren’t informed he was someone to look out for. If it wasn’t for my disabled friend asking around, we would have been there all afternoon this I’m sure of. The driver who picked us up was mortified that we were left stranded but also stressed that it was his first of with them and the last with how despicable their communication was. They kept giving me a 15 minute wait which wasn’t true and to top it off their vehicles kept stopping at different locations with passengers already inside leaving no room for us 5 and our luggage to come along or because we couldn’t get to the locations on time with small children and elderly disabled people and others getting their large ‘buses’ which were just people carriers not large vehicles that could have no more than 5 passengers at a time. I would not have even bothered to write this review up but fish in the ocean are far more organised than this lot. I didn’t receive a single apology for their mess around with us knowing how badly they messed up and to top it off their useless driver who brought my vehicle back didn’t immobilise the car when he gave it back to me so when I tried to put the car on the sirens went on because they opened my car manually with the key making my car unusable and I hadn’t known what was going on. They watched me while I tried to get out of the small pathway which I was asked to move along and do what I needed further up the bend so others behind me can come out of their buses and I refused to be pushed around further since I’d already been helplessly pressured into waiting endlessly with my twins and elderly mother and disabled friend. I could not and will not recommend this Mickey Mouse set up. Bad communication, rude staff and inattentive operation altogether.
