Excellent company and customer service!
I've always found Gigantic to be the easiest company to book and access tickets through, without the need to download extra venue apps etc. However, a recently purchased ticket required such an app and I found that for whatever reason, the app failed to download to my phone. On contacting customer service, Gemma has been extremely helpful in arranging an alternative entry on the night of the gig in a timely, friendly manner, resolving the problem with no fuss.
