Useless customer service
Useless customer service, I've phoned them countless times over different matters, none have been resolved calls have taken up to 45 minutes to get through more usually 30 mins. Are currently expecting a £20 refund for incorrect cash taken from my account was told this would take 4-5 working days but could take 15. Was also told incorrect £5 taken was because I'd ticked auto top up, was resolved when I asked to speak to a supervisor taking an additional 15 minutes. Think they all working from home and are Clueless. 4 hours later I got the refund in full so the 4-5 or 15 days was also incorrect. The phone service is 5 star, good coverage and a great price.
