Scarcity and sustainability
I really like Lululemon. Buy a lot of it. Wear a lot of it. Have done for over a decade. I generally think their in-store customer service is brilliant but online customer service is mediocre. It also really grinds my gears that the Fast & Free 28” legging is never in stock. If it’s supply chain issues let those of us who’ve signed up for a notification when they restock know or just discontinue them so I can just go do my best to find something from a competing brand. Dislike being in limbo with no information. Otherwise they are great (though reeeaaally wish they would stop using fossil fuels in their supply chain - which is pretty reprehensible. Between that and the disappearing leggings, I’ve been scoping out competitors more and more).
