I had found a locket with felt diffuser charm. Then had gone back and picked out some fabric. While I was having it cut. I looked at the locket and noticed the felt piece was missing. I said oh well I still want it. The guy cutting said anything damaged is 75% off. By the time I got to check out they already knew about it. He had called.
