Wish I could give them a zero
Wish I could give them a zero. I have paid for their insurance for years and they have been horrible. My water line busted two weeks ago in my yard and was backing up into my basement. They sent two guys from Hartmann and Sons both said it’s legit and is an emergency. Had my water shut off and now I am told by Hartmann’s they don’t work in my area so the insurance company is looking for another company which is in day two. Stay away from these bums and get a rider on your home policy
