Called for a quote for Landlord Insurance. Steven Sutherland called back on an holiday weekend and was very nice, and easy to talk to. He listened to my needs and concerns and when he didn’t know something he got the answers, and called me back in a very timely manner. I ended up going with them as he came back with a very fair and competitive quote. So as far as onboarding customer service definitely worth 5 Stars.
