Absolutely terrible customer service from Lycamobile UK!
My phone was stolen, and I contacted customer service to blacklist the device and get a proof of usage for my insurance claim. I made the request over 10 days ago, and still, nothing has been done! I’ve followed all their instructions, confirmed everything they asked for, and yet I’m still waiting. Meanwhile, my insurance company has already sent me a reminder because I'm delayed, thanks to Lycamobile’s complete lack of urgency or care. Not to mention, it’s nearly impossible to have a proper conversation with their call centre staff — you can barely understand most of them. This has been my worst customer service experience ever. No proper updates, no accountability, just endless waiting. If you value your time or need real support in emergencies, avoid Lycamobile at all costs!
