Disappointment from a lost order and refund expected
I was disappointed to not receive my delivery at all, having been delivered to a different address and was untraceable. I emailed P@H explaining the situation and was told by email I would receive a refund. After more than a week. I have now received an apology and asked if I would like a replacement delivery - I would certainly not. I would prefer a refund so I may arrange click and collect orders in future. I just can't trust evri deliveries any more. I await the refund.
