Die Beratung vor der Reise/zur Reise…

Die Beratung vor der Reise/zur Reise war klasse, auch faire Preise. Aber leider mussten wir die Reise wg. Corona absagen (Grenze geschlossen) und nun warten wir darauf, das die Reise seitens Explorer storniert wird und wir das Geld zurück bekommen. Die spielen auf Zeit, obwohl alle Infos vorliegen, das wir nicht einreisen dürfen. So gut, wie sie in der Beratung sind, wenn es ums Geld geht und die Reise storniert werden muss (Recht ist auf unserer Seite) halten sie einen hin. Fall ist an einen RA gegeben worden.
