AVOID at all costs
AVOID at all costs! I purchased a vehicle from them and as soon as I drove it away I noticed there was a problem so rang them that day and was told as I had reported the problem within the 30 days, if it couldn't be resolved, they would honour a return. This was a lie. After being constantly ignored by after sales I decided to drive to the showroom, but on route the car had a major fault on the motorway and did an emergency stop and I was nearly taken out by a lorry. They have had my car for 6 weeks now, they haven't repaired it and Venu is no longer responding to me. So now I am 17k down, have no car, and the garage won't respond. Absolute cowboy set up. I have no choice but to take legal action. Sales are very quick to respond and are helpful… please don’t be fooled by this. There is little after care. Buying a new car should be a great experience but this has been awful and so upsetting.
