I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to go to Halfords to get an air filter changed. Ha! What a stupidly move on my part. I checked the website and tried to call to find out where I could get one fitted. You cannot call a centre. All calls are routed to a call centre who are completely automated and useless. I then drove to a Halfords in Slough - turns out it closed. The website hadn’t been updated. I then went to the retail store in Slough nearby - they could sell me the filter apparently but couldn’t fit it. They sent me to the auto centre in Burnham on Beaconsfield road - BUT you need to book for anything to be done there - why on earth the apathetic ‘ customer service’ rep couldn’t share that important information is beyond me! Utterly ridiculous- never ever even think about using these morons. After an hour of driving I gave up.
