I purchased tickets for an event
I purchased tickets for an event, and a week before the show realised I couldn’t find any confirmation or an email with the mobile QR codes. I contacted gigantic tickets and within 24 hours received a reply which included a copy of my mobile tickets. Really good customer service and quick in responding and resolving my issue. Highly recommend!
