Poor quality impression and no help with returning the bike from Germany
I have ordered a Desire Merano 28 Inch Bike on July 15 to Germany. The bike that I have received gave a very poor quality Impression to me. I have therefore canceled the order and asked TOM BV in several calls and e-mails for help with the return shipping of the bike. The help was declined. If I order as private customer the freight it costs about 150 € to return. For a bike price of 239 €. I'm totally dissatisfied. My order number is 1296657 MY invoice number is 3159518
