I’m tired of being scammed for money…
I’m tired of being scammed for money and no one ever calls you back to explain. I paid every dime of what was on my account plus extra that wasn’t explained or itemized on the 29th of august so that on the first of August, I wouldn’t have to deal with Darwin. The rent is prepaid. When I paid on the 29th of august, my account said I had a credit for the full amount of next months rent on the first. I go in to prepay October and it says I have a $14 balance, but it gets better, they have charged me $10 a day for everyday the $14 that I didn’t owe was t paid so now it’s well over $100 and they still haven’t called me back. I mentioned it to the corporate attorney at my new company when signing my contract and he said “No reputable company would do the things Darwin is doing and I probably am overreacting”. So when I paid last month, it wasn’t with my standard payment method. I paid our corporate attorney and his assistant James made my payment on the 29th on his personal card so that they could see the zero balance that I saw. Now they see what happens to me every month. Leave comment here if this happens to you, my companies attorney said that if you are having a similar “financial” issue, specifically un-explained fees and a total lack of communication detail the nature of the issue to here. If enough of us are having the same issue, the attorney will give us options for class action, discrimination and predatory practices. This will cost you nothing, I am paying for it. If there are enough people with the same issue, the attorney will give us options to get things resolved If you are not sure about your issue, detail it here anyway. Let’s get the Darwin thing dealt with.
