Hard start but final outcome better
My initial response: I’ve had a difficult time finding time slots for the two of us, and due to no fault of hers, our therapist.we have yet to have a session and yet I’ve been charged for two months of service. The problem now is that I’ve yet to receive a response from the support team and so we feel we e paid a lot of money- for, as of now, nothing. ------------------------------------------ So after a bad start, a customer service person got back in touch with me to offer a full refund. This will allow me to start fresh. The therapist we were matched to sounded very good- so that was not an issue, at least for us- we had several chats on the app, and I was left with a good impression of her. I will probably go back and ask for a therapist who can offer more slots, or slots at times that work better for us- because if I pay for four sessions upfront, I want to be that I'm actually able to schedule four sessions in the month that the account is activated. I had initially rated ReGain one star, but am increasing to four due to the improved customer service I experienced.
