Final Rentals nailed it and I highly recommend them!
We had a car for 8 days picked up at Dalaman Airport in Turkey in July/August 2024. The booking process via the Final Rentals site was so easy and the cost was extremely competitive. I had a question about whether the pick-up was 'on' or 'off' airport and this was answered within minutes. The answer was 'off' airport but there was absolutely no hassle with this and it was the smoothest car pick-up we've ever had - the local company picked us up exactly on time and right outside the Arrivals terminal. It was a 5 minute drive to their office to complete the formalities, which took about 3 minutes and then we were on our way. No stress, no queues, no hanging about in a hot car park (which is what happened last year with a different company). The car was virtually new and worked like a dream the whole holiday. Return 8 days later was also faultless, seamless and friendly. All in all a genuine 5 star experience from Final Rentals and thier local partner in Dalaman, we will DEFINITELY be using Final Rentals again for future trips. 👏👏
