Decent service with room for improvement
Jackrabbit handles our monthly financial reporting and does a competent job overall. The reports are accurate and delivered on time. However, their software interface feels dated and could be more user-friendly. Customer service is friendly but sometimes seems overwhelmed during busy periods.
