If there was a negative 5 star review…Joann’s sucks
If there was a negative 5 star review, this organization and their customer service would get it. I placed an order that was time sensitive to a project…all I got was “it’s processing” and after 3 non responsive emails and a non responsive text I received the equivalent of an “0h well” and a shoulder shrug, we don’t have your items…we’re soooo sorry…this after several non responsive days of waiting. Well, I’m not sorry… customer service is not only less than efficient, its lack of response in a timely manner is rude and disrespectful to customers…it SUCKS!
