Extremely Disappointed – Discriminatory and Unprofessional Behavior
I am deeply shocked and disappointed by the racist behavior we experienced at the check-in counter. As Indian passengers holding valid Schengen visas, we were treated with blatant disrespect and prejudice by the airline staff. We were unjustly asked to leave the counter without any clear explanation and were ultimately denied boarding, despite having all valid documentation and fulfilling every travel requirement. The staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and made us feel humiliated in front of other passengers. It was evident that we were being singled out based on our nationality. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the airline's values and training. Discrimination has no place in the travel industry—or anywhere else. We demand a thorough investigation into this incident and expect accountability for the staff involved. I strongly urge others, especially travelers from diverse backgrounds, to be cautious when booking with this airline.
