They have the most annoying "actor" doing the advert on the TV who has to be a really good reason not to use Lebara, well that and the 77% of one star reviews. Is this company a complete joke?

I was awaiting a delivery from an eBay seller this was posted on the 12th of September for a 48 HR delivery come the 23rd of September they were returned to the seller having never left the sellers delivery hub. Loads of lies i.e not being able to gain access to our property on the 17th but all this having never progressed from Blepher which is over 3 and a half hours away. There was no communication from the post office and plenty of lying all in all totally disgusting service their interaction with EVRI is not a positive one. Totally disgusting service avoid this company they couldn't organise delivery if the address was next door.
