Data do not work

I have available 27GB of 30Gb data but my internet is not working. I contact the customer service but the number is not working too. I chatted with the live agent and they sent me the same question and message for 30 minutes. It is a joke company!!!!!! I am disappointed with the customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!
