Poor communication and Aftersales
Had solar power, insulation and air source heating installed in may. Due to my water pipe being cut through in the kitchen, I am still waiting for my kitchen fan to be installed. In the meantime, I am left with a circular hole in the wall which is letting all the cold air in from the outside. Beside this I have 3 other issues that need to be addressed including an electrical fault with the isolator switch for the air source heating outside. I have been in contact countless times regarding these issues to no avail. I am currently staying with relatives and have been since may. With a 5yr old and 1yr old, I feel the property is not habitable until these issues are addressed especially with the winter months that are coming. Communication is very poor with aftersales. I have had 2 people come out to inspect the problems over 2 months ago. A few previous minor issues have been addressed however the major concerns are still ongoing. I have to move back to my home in the next month or so due to my relatives now having sold there house to downsize. I will again contact consumer energy in the next few days however I presume I will still get the same response that they 'are waiting for parts' or 'looking into it'.
