Horrible experience
I joined rebel energy since June and it took 4 months for them to prepare and send me my bill despite the fact that I keep calling every week. The customer service is rubbish as the don’t ever resolve any issuer. After sending an engineer to install a smart meter in my property? The began sending me outrageous bills and refuse to display my usage on the smart meter so I can monitor. Now I’m looking to switch and they wouldn’t update my details on the national dater base so no energy supplier can take me on. This is a very frustrating experience with them and I strongly discourage anyone from using them as the only care about money and not the customer.
