Disappointed and disillusioned
I had a trip booked for May/June 2020, which was cancelled due to Covid19. I am a pensioner and this trip was a huge expenditure for me. I am quite a fit person but I am 68 and one lung is compromised so I will not be travelling for some time. I have filled in the “request form” I was directed to by my travel agent but really it was only a feedback form. I requested a refund as I don’t think I’ll be able to use a credit with Intrepid within the required time. Of course I’ve had no reply. I’ve tried phoning but never managed to get through. Huge waiting time. By the time it’s safe to travel, my money will be worth very little as all the tour prices will have gone up. Intrepid, I just want my money back. Do the right thing! I’ve travelled with you in the past and enjoyed the trips but your current behaviour really deters ne from ever using you again.
