Bad Customer Service
Never had a chance to deal with them much as I've had log in problems. Had to reset my passwords 2-3 times and still cannot access my account. If you search the site you will see they have no phone number to call to reach out for help. No e:mail either, but a form you can fill out. I did receive one response and was able to respond to that. Did so 2 or 3 times and received no response. Tried to cancel my order and could not. So reached out to my credit card company to cancel payment. May be a great site, but they never allowed me to find out and their customer service sucks.
