1 star for polite customer service 1 star that phone has now been delivered and connection with Vodafone has started started today. No reply to message asking for Vodafone to be delayed Unfortunately I went abroad Friday 9th May. Which was relayed to company service agent. So phone and sim in UK and I am abroad until 2nd June. So I have started paying for a service I am unable to use. Would I have ordered before going abroad if it did not say next day delivery- no. It did not say out of stock until order had been accepted and money paid. Expensive phone sold out in every colour!!! A simple transaction has turned into a massive inconvenience. Make sure item is available and in stock before ordering . 50243820
