It was easy to deal with Car City. Jourdan was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. Faysal who handled the paperwork was very accommodating. When we decided not to go with an extended warranty, Jourdan did not apply any extra pressure to get us to change our minds. Both were more than happy to answer our many questions. Highly recommend.
