Lack of after sales service
I intend to leave a negative review on this site each day until I get to speak to a manager in aftersales! You have my telephone number and now you have my wifes vehicle. White Jaguar e Pace. We collected from you on the 21/06/25. Fell into limp mode and then engine management light activated. Owned the car for 7 days up until this happened. ▪️Absolutely NO customer service from aftersales. ▪️No courtesy car or hire car whilst we wait for you to update us. ▪️No courtesy car available - then hire us one. ▪️No direct avenue to speak to anyone other than sales (surprise surprise) who refuse to put me through to after sales. ▪️Full 5 days now without a family car. ▪️You really believe we are going to go away and accept the same response from sales (press option 4 for aftersales)....I will set up camp on the roundabout and discourage customers from purchasing. It isn't acceptable to leave new customers without a vehicle as the goods purchased are faulty. Courtesy car/our car repaired and delivered back or a full refund...God I wished a read these reviews before purchasing. 10/07/25 Update with my response to their reply! We were eventually offered and accepted a courtesy car which we were told would be dropped off at our address by 1pm on the 8th July. You've guessed it, it didn't arrive! After spending further time on hold, waiting to speak to the aftersales team/manager we were assured that the car would be delivered later in the evening on the 8th. The car was dropped off in the early hours of the 9th July at 00:30hrs. Although not ideal we were were glad to have a form of transport once again. I mean 7 days without any vehicle when 3 weeks prior you've just spent nearly £14000 on a car. So onto our £14000 purchase - still no update about it or the repair! Not sure where it is in the world. Is it acceptable to wait 7 days when they have your new car, for any kind of update? I am told the car is on site but the onsite mechanic hasn't given an update. It really is pi*s poor!! A basic garage diagnostic check and then fix the repair. Oh hold fire, there is more...the courtesy car my wife has been driving since the yday morning - just checked on the Gov UK website and the MOT expired in March 2025! So they delivered to us a 2013 peugeot, not safe to be on the road, certainly not safe to be offered to new customers as a courtesy car - thud putting my family and other road users at risk. Rogue traders.....potential customers - be warned. I will update this im sure in a few days!!
