Failure at every step
Very vague about the application process, adding on additional fees without any real explanation. The tenant representative that we were given did not do much in the way of anything helpful. When we moved in, we found that the house had no running water. We put in multiple emergency requests but were told time and time again that help was being sent over, and after 7 hours no one has arrived and no clear communication was given on the part of Darwin. *Addendum* So upon seeing the response to my initial review of the move in process, we still do not have any water in our new apartment. We have been here for 3 days, and have filed 2 emergency claims trying to get the matter resolved. Each time we waited on hold for 2 hours and were told someone would be coming to the house within the hour. Not a single inspector or maintenance worker has once come by the house to help and it has been 3 full days of us contacting Darwin about this issue. We also called the company they claimed they made an appointment with and got a voicemail with no response following the afternoon they were suppossed to be here. We even contacted Rochester Property Authority, who is giving Darwin a legal strike and sending an inspector to the house should they fail to do anything about this issue in the next day or so. If I could give Darwin Homes Property less than 1 star in reflection of our move in process I would.
