Wouldnt use again. Need more staff on front desk!
The car itself was good and returning was it was easy, but picking it up was a total nightmare. We stood in a queue for about an hour and a half, then got made to give a £500 deposit after already paying for full insurance. It took over 10 minutes when we finally got to the first desk to sort everything out- the person we spoke to spent half of this on the phone to someone else to get the car ready..Then we got sent to another queue to pick the car up but it wasn't ready so we stood there for about another 20 minutes waiting for the car to turn up. Very unorganised when we give a time for the car to be ready. When I tried to complain I was told to take it up with front desk..surprisingly I didn't fancy another hour and a half wait to make my way to the desk!
