Spam calls because they shared my info
The car was shipped on time without issue but 1 star because the initial quote was 400 and after grace was unable to find a shipper in that price range she called and said it would be 900 ( probably still a fair price) . I needed the car shipped so I agreed. She also posted my info on some database to try and get a shipper to deliver for the original quote which caused literally hundreds of calls, texts and emails from people asking if I would like to ship with them. More than a 3 weeks after the car has been shipped I am still getting dozens of offers to ship my car daily. I will not use them again. Edit… per your reply. Grace told me she was unable to find a driver for the original quote so she posted the listing on some database/ message board to try to find a driver who could transport the vehicle for the original quote amount. It also seems like she never took it down as I am still getting calls, texts and emails for offers to ship my car. Maybe you should check with Grace if that’s not something your employees are supposed to do.
