Excellent Management Service
I have used Thornley Groves to manage my properties for 7 years. Service has always been first-rate. Akash Aponsu has been my Property Relationship Manager for a number of years, and more recently Imogen Windsor. We have recently had a difficult handover from a long-term tenant. The tenant had been excellent but has had to move out because of a very serious medical problem and Imogen has been tremendous in resolving his move out. (Communication with him had been very difficult because of his condition) At all stages Imogen has assisted the tenant and his relatives, and has kept me updated. Very pleased with how matters have been concluded.
