I want to be clear
I want to be clear, and say that my experience with Online Doctor was good. I was assessed, and recommended medication very quickly. Unfortunately, somebody at Lloyds made the decision to only use Evri, famously regarded as the countries worst courier service, to deliver said medication. As a result, I have never once received my medication from Lloyds Online Doctor, and have wasted hours of my life trying to talk to people at Evri to find my errant parcel, with no success, or with customer service at Lloyds to get a refund. As such, I can no longer use them, and will be getting my medication from somebody who uses a reputable courier service.
