Ray (Bracknell) is the best mechanic!
Ray is the best mechanic I've ever come across. He came to my address in the afternoon to replace my punctured tyre. I was having a moan about the tyre. Ray listened and was empathetic. He replaced my tyre, then out of kindness, checked on the other tyres only to find that one of the tyres had been put on the wrong way round! (Thanks Kwik fit, I'm never coming to you again!) Ray explained how this could be dangerous and took off the tyre. He cleaned up the rim and fit the tyre the correct way round whilst teaching me what I should be looking out for. Ray was tired, I could tell BUT kept a smile throughout. Dear Halfords, Ray is a keeper, please give him some sort of a thank you gift. He makes Halfords shine.
