Slow install has cost us a fortune
Deeply frustrated that a lack of available installation engineers has resulted in me paying through the nose for two months for out of contract rates with my previous ISP. Any savings that were possible from switching are now vastly exceeded by this. Worst decision ever, and somewhat disingenuously sold.
