If I could rate this company less than 1 Star I would. If you are looking to rent your home through a property manager in the Charlotte area, STAY AWAY. They will waste your time and waste your money. I have not heard from my property manager in over a month, even after sending a very long and angry email explaining my frustrations. I have to babysit them to ensure things are getting done like the inspection, posting photos of my property, and listing it! Apparently it takes over a week after they receive photos of the property to even list it! They don’t give you updates, you are left in the dark until you contact them about it, if they even answer the phone. My house has been on the market for 3 weeks now and I have no idea where it stands. Awful customer service, no professionalism, no answers. Stay far far away.
