Ivy bridge store steals from customers
Went into the bridge store for a refund and brought batteries at the same time. When I checked my bank it didn’t match my receipt and I was charged for the batteries and only refunded for two items not three. When I went back to see the manager the customer service was disgusting. The managers English was very poor and she did not look at my receipt and told me to go to head office. When I asked for the details I was told to google them.
