MANAGERS LIKE ANDY BYRNE COULD TEACH HARRODS HOW IT'S DONE
Andy Byrne the store manager at Bedford 2 (the store at the Interchange) spent some time today ringing around several other stores to find a replacement for a defective mirror that I'd actually bought at another Home Bargains store. He had a colleague photograph the faulty mirror and put it on their WhatsApp group to ensure they were souring the right mirror too. He took mine, took my card, and said he'd personally go and collect a few of these then give me a call so I could collect from his store. This is going above and beyond the call of duty. Home Bargains is upwardly mobile and certainly in respect of customer support they would probably have a thing or two to teach Harrods.
