Really poor communication CARSHOP BRISTOL
Really poor communication. I was made to feel like I was an awkward customer. Was actually greeted with ‘what are you doing here’ when I arrived for my arranged appointment to collect my new car.. to be told it wasn’t ready and the salesmen blamed each other for not letting me know! Wasted trip. Was then taken to finalise payment and still waiting to be informed when I can get my new car!! I changed my mind regarding the Gardex upholstery protection to which I was told I had to receive less for my trade in as a consequence!!! All round disappointing experience of what should be an exciting experience.
